The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

School Counselor Advocacy Tools
During the KCA convention, advocacy
for school counselors was addressed.
This letter, these ASCA resources, and
this ACA article could be used to
advocate with parents, staff members,
administrators, school board members,
local officials, and legislators.  None of
us is unaware of the economic situation
that we face.  However, this is not the
time to become resigned or
complacent about the need for school
counselors.
Please take advantage of these
advocacy tools and continue to be a
part  of the action!
