| Overall Governing Council for ALL counseling divisions. Kansas is a part of the Midwest Region of the American Counseling Association (ACA). The other three regions are the North Atlantic Region, the Southern Region, and the Western Region. The Midwest Region serves those ACA members who live and work within the Midwest region of the United States. The ACA website address is: http://www.counseling.org/ Kansas Counseling Association is the Kansas Governing Council of all of the following Kansas Counseling divisions. The KCA organization is divided into REGIONS. Membership in each region is not confined to geographic boundaries. Boundary lines depicted above are approximations. Looking at the map below, you can see which region you would belong to. Each one of these regions have district meetings that help School Counselors connect with each other and share resources. Each region has meetings in the fall and a spring meeting at the KCA spring conference.
